If you would like you make a kind and generous donation...
Powhatan Volunteer Rescue Squad has been serving the residents and visitors of Powhatan County, VA. for almost 50 years.  In doing so, VOLUNTEERS have been providing professional basic and advanced life support for the sick and injured on a 24 hour a day basis, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

While other volunteer rescue squads in the Richmond Metropolitan area have had to resort to charging for their services, Powhatan remains 100% free to its citizens and visitors.  This is the direct result of your kind and very generous donations that allow us to offset our operating costs.

Our operating costs consist of new ambulances, medical equipment, insurance, gasoline and fuel, maintenance of our 3 rescue buildings, and continuing education/training for our rescue members, just to name a few.  All of you know that the costs of all of these items unfortunately continues to grow exponentially.

We pray that you will never need the services we proudly and professionally provide, but hope that you might consider ensuring that we can continue to provide you with the best quality emergency services available, should that need arise.  You might choose to help in one or two different ways - either by becoming a member of our organization, or maybe through a kind, generous, tax-deductible monetary donation, in any amount you desire.

Should you desire to donate monetarily, please forward it to:
